November 12th is Anne Hathaway’s birthday and what better way to celebrate than to give you an extended sneak peak at her upcoming film Les Misérables?
Extended first look:
Beyond the trailer:
Can’t get enough? Me either. Les Misérables as told through the lens of the great Annie Leibovitz inVanity Fair.
She recently hosted Saturday Night Live (for the third time) and sang a bit in the opening monologue. Hathaway crushed it with her take on Claire Danes’ Homeland character, Carrie, when she becomes unhinged during an interrogation process.
Hathaway starred in her first feature film in 2001’s The Princess Diaries opposite the legendary Julie Andrews, for which she was named one of People magazine’s breakthrough stars. Her transformation for this year’s live-performance film adaption of Les Misérables has everyone talking. And while some were shedding tears over the shedding of her flowing chestnut locks, I think Hathaway is more beautiful than ever – especially as the fragile, broken Fantine.
The actress has no official (verified) Twitter account as of today, but join me in sending well wishes on her 30th birthday by using the #annehathaway hashtag!
