Warm Bodies Sneak Peek

Summit Entertainment presents Warm Bodies

Just about everyone who’s into zombie films (or zombie anything, for that matter) has their eye on the upcoming release of Summit Entertainment’s Warm Bodies.  This modern, endearing twist on zombie mythology finds a young zombie named R (Nicholas Hoult) falling in love with a beautiful (living) young woman named Julie (Theresa Palmer).  As the two become closer R finds himself returning to life.

Summit Entertainment presents Warm Bodies

I’m sure, by now, the comparisons between Warm Bodies and Summit Entertainment’s power-house Twilight franchise have already started to get old.  Just check out this Beyond the Trailer take on Edward vs. R:

Warm Bodies is directed by Jonathan Levine, who brought us the Seth Rogan/Joseph Gordon-Levitt dramedy 50/50, and adapted from the novel of the same name (written by Isaac Marion).  Originally set in Seattle, and compared to William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, will Levine’s version leave fans satisfied or hungry for more?

Nicholas Hoult, who recently appeared alongside current girlfriend, Jennifer Lawrence, in X-Men: First Class, is also set to star in the upcoming 2013 Mad Max follow-up, Mad Max: Fury Road, as Nux.

Nicholas Hoult stars as R in Summit Entertainment's Warm Bodies

Warm Bodies due in theaters February 1, 2013 – just in time for Valentine’s Day.
